Principal
R. Ross Avedian, PE, PLS, QSD/P
Bringing to the firm 40+ years of experience in planning, civil engineering, comprehensive hydraulic engineering, project and construction management - Ross Avedian is a Registered Civil Engineer in the states of California and Nevada, as well as a Licensed Land Surveyor in the State of California. He is the engineer of record for all the design and construction activities for the firm. Mr. Avedian's experience has stemmed from a variety of locales from Northern and Southern California, as well as Nevada. He has managed and led the design of several feasibility studies, complex large-scale infrastructure planning projects, medium and large-scale residential subdivisions on flat and extremely hilly terrain, in addition to commercial and public works projects. His expertise has also allowed him to serve as an "expert witness" for a multi-faceted hydraulic litigation involving several cities and spanning several years. The diversity of this experience is invaluable as it has allowed Mr. Avedian to understand a multitude of techniques from which the most difficult engineering design issues can be resolved.

Mark Woods, PE
With an impressive 44+ years of experience in project engineering and managing with expertise in municipal projects, public works projects and private development projects - Mr. Woods' experience includes roadway design, improvement plans, specifications, cost estimating, sewers, water mains, storm drains, structural calculations, mapping boundary analysis and construction inspection - as well as, extensive experience in roadway design (both private & public) and site design.
Robert Balaian
Contributing over 31+ years of experience in civil engineering design, subdivision design and construction management in both the public and private sectors - Mr. Balaian's expertise includes the preparation of tentative maps, geometric design for roadways & corresponding utilities, grading design, earthwork balance analysis, improvement plans, parcel maps and final maps. Mr. Balaian is also responsible for coordination with clients and agencies.
